Materials are estimated separately at actual store prices, with receipts. Hauling labor and fuel are $100–$500 depending on the job, including loading and unloading; landfill charges are separate. The $300 minimum for small tile repairs includes materials.
What is outside the handyman service?
Carpet replacement and work requiring a specialized license are excluded. Licensed plumbing and electrical work can be handled by licensed subcontractors within remodeling projects, not as standalone handyman work.
