Tile installation or replacement: $5–$50 per sq ft as an indicative range, depending on complexity. Most projects receive a flat-rate quote after a free estimate.
Labor scope includes demolition, leveling where needed, waterproofing and grouting as applicable. Materials are estimated separately at actual store prices, with receipts.
Replacing one or a few tiles: $300 minimum, including materials.
