Kitchen & bathroom remodeling · Austin
Your remodel.
Your way to pay.
A clear scope first. Payment options second. Explore independent financing for the room you want to change—without losing sight of the total cost.
Request an estimateTell us if financing is part of your plan. Your estimate request is not a loan application.
Keep the decisions clear
Three steps. No guesswork.
- 01
Define the remodel
Review the space, priorities and written scope with VGM. Know the estimated project cost before deciding how much to borrow.
- 02
Compare the full cost
Apply directly with a provider you choose. Compare APR, fees, term and total repayment—not only the monthly payment.
- 03
Confirm before work begins
If you choose a loan, confirm funding with your lender. VGM’s contract, payment schedule and construction dates are agreed separately.
Before you decide
Straight answers.
Does VGM offer its own loan or in-house credit?
No. VGM provides remodeling services. This page links to an independent resource; it does not advertise a VGM lender partnership or guarantee a financing offer.
Will requesting an estimate affect my credit?
The VGM estimate form does not request a credit report or run a credit check. If you later use a lender or marketplace, read its credit-check consent and disclosures before continuing.
Can I finance only part of the remodel?
Discuss your borrowing needs directly with your chosen lender. Any approved financing and your own funds must cover the agreed project payments. Loan eligibility and permitted use of funds are set by the lender.
Do I have to use the linked provider?
No. You choose how to pay. You can speak with your own bank or credit union, or discuss a smaller or phased remodeling scope with VGM. A loan approval is not a reason to add work you do not need.
Should I send VGM financial documents?
No. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, credit reports or loan documents through our estimate form or CRM. Submit financial information only through your chosen provider’s secure application.
